These Terms govern your use of Media Diet, a service operated by Tensorblue AI. By using Media Diet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Guest reading may be available without an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting access to your Google, Apple, or device credentials.
Editorial information
Media Diet provides attributed editorial reporting and discovery tools. Content may concern technology, science, finance, culture, and other current topics. It is general information, not professional, investment, legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and primary sources.
Ask Anything returns ranked Media Diet articles and source links; it does not generate an expert answer. Publication dates, availability, and third-party source material may change.
Community rules
You must not use discussions, polls, feedback, or other features to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or exploit another person;
- post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent material;
- spam, manipulate votes, evade blocks, or interfere with moderation;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorised access or data extraction;
- infringe privacy, confidentiality, copyright, or other rights; or
- misrepresent advertising, sponsorship, identity, or source material.
We may hold, remove, or preserve content; lock discussions; restrict features; or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, enforcement, or law. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Tensorblue AI a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute it only to operate and improve Media Diet.
Subscriptions and billing
Media Diet Plus may be offered through Google Play, Apple, or an approved web payment provider. The price, billing period, tax, introductory trial, and renewal date shown at checkout control. Unless cancelled before renewal, a subscription renews as explained by the payment provider. Manage or cancel it through the provider where you purchased it. Refunds are handled under the provider's rules and applicable law.
Deleting your Media Diet account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store. We may change future pricing or features with notice required by the provider or applicable law.
Sponsors and external services
Sponsored placements are labelled. Links, media, speech recognition, identity providers, app stores, and cited sources may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Tensorblue AI is not responsible for an external service's independent content or conduct.
Intellectual property
Media Diet software, branding, interface, original editorial work, and compilations are owned by Tensorblue AI or its licensors. Source articles and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners. You may use Media Diet for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or remove attribution except where law permits it.
Service changes and availability
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We do not promise that every feature, article, archive, notification, or device integration will always be available. Where required, paid users will receive legally required remedies for a material discontinuation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Media Diet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Tensorblue AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to limit.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Media Diet at any time and request deletion through the app or our web deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal obligation, or harm to users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as rights, payment, retained records, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally. Contact amir@tensorblue.com first so we can try to resolve the concern.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised date will be posted here, and material changes will receive any additional notice required by law. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted.
