Delete your account and associated data

Media Diet supports deletion both inside the mobile app and from this web resource. In the app, open Profile → Delete account. If you are signed in on the web, use the confirmation control below.

If you cannot sign in, email amir@tensorblue.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion of your Media Diet account and associated data. This provides an external deletion pathway without requiring the app to be installed.

What happens next

• Active Media Diet sessions are revoked.
• Account identity, profile, preferences, bookmarks, read progress, push tokens, puzzle history, and other associated personal data are deleted or anonymised within 30 days after verification.
• Limited payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, and moderation audit records may be retained where legally necessary. They remain access-restricted and are not used to recreate your profile.

Deleting Media Diet does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel it in the applicable store to stop future renewal. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
