Include your device platform, app version, what you expected, and what happened. Never send a password, authentication token, complete payment-card number, or app-store password.
Billing
Include the payment provider and non-sensitive transaction or order reference. Subscription cancellation and refunds are normally managed through Google Play, Apple, or the provider used at checkout.
Editorial corrections and safety
Identify the article or comment and explain the concern. For an immediate safety issue, put “Safety” in the email subject. You can also use the feedback form when the service is available.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy or use the account deletion page. If you cannot sign in, email from the address associated with your account and state that you want the Media Diet account and associated data deleted. We may ask for limited verification before acting.
