Keep your account and remove selected data

You can remove bookmarks and comments directly inside Media Diet. For other data, email amir@tensorblue.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Media Diet data deletion request, identify the data you want removed, and state that you want to keep your account.

Data you can ask us to delete

• Bookmarks, recent searches, and reading progress.
• Interests, preferences, notification choices, and push devices.
• Puzzle history, comments, feedback, and eligible attachments.

Processing and retention

We may ask for limited verification before acting. Eligible data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days after verification. Limited payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, and moderation audit records may be retained where legally necessary. Those records remain access-restricted and are not used to rebuild deleted activity.
